We now know who the final 4 of the Champions League are and have a pretty good idea as to who the final 4 in the Europa and Conference League will be.
In the Champions League we have a huge pair of clashes as PSG face-off against Bayern Munich whilst Arsenal face Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
In the Europa League meanwhile it appears as though Freiburg will play Real Betis whilst an all English semi-final awaits between Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest. That said there’s still a leg to play so these ties are not a foregone conclusion just yet.
Similarly in the Conference league we do not yet have a confirmed set of semi-final matchups however the most likely games appear to be Shakhtar vs Crystal Palace and Rayo Vallecano vs Mainz.
Now if those matchups have wet your appetite for some colossal European football games you’re probably now wondering where to watch them and when.
Luckily for you that’s why we’re here to give you the run down of all the semi-final ties and timings so you don’t miss a second of the action, and make your own bet of the day.
The Champions League
The dates have been set for the semi-final ties, PSG will play Bayern in Paris on Tuesday 28th April with the second leg in Munich being on Wednesday 6th May.
The first leg will be shown on Amazon Prime with TNT Sports showing the decisive leg.
On the other side of the bracket we have Arsenal vs Atletico, on Wednesday the 29th of April the pair meet in Madrid and then on Tuesday 5th May the decisive leg will be held at the Emirates.
TNT Sports have the opening leg of the tie with the second leg being shown on Amazon Prime.
The Europa League
The actual ties for the Europa League haven’t been decided just yet, as mentioned we have a good idea of who we expect will be lining up in the semi-finals but we will not know fully until Thursday evening.
That said, here’s how the TV Schedule will be looking for the ties regardless of who is playing.
Both legs for both sides of the bracket will take place on the same days, the first leg will be on Thursday the 30th April for both sides and the second will be on Thursday 7th May.
Unfortunately we cannot say where the legs will be played just yet as we don’t have it confirmed who will be in the semis but either way the dates will not change no matter who ends up in the final 4.
In terms of who’s showing the games TNT Sports have the rights to show both games of the Europa League semi-finals and will be on either TNT Sports 1 or TNT Sports 2 depending on which fixture is the bigger one on paper, both will be shown however.
The Europa Conference League
In the Europa Conference League we have a very similar situation to the Europa League in that we know the dates of the semi-finals however we cannot confirm exactly who will be playing just yet even if we have a solid idea of who we expect to be in the final 4.
The dates are in fact the exact same as the Europa League semis with the first leg being on Thursday the 30th of April and the second leg a week later on the 7th of May.
Just like with the Europa League we cannot yet say for certain where each leg will be played as we do not know exactly who will be in the final 4.
Also just like the Europa League, TNT Sports have the rights for showing the Conference League semi finals and so the games will be on one of the TNT Sports channels, all of which are available through HBO Max/TNT Sports subscriptions.
